Our menu

I am Luca and since 2017 have had the good fortune to run the kitchen of Agriturismo La Pila. Here the vegetables picked every day from our garden are transformed and presented to you in different dishes that merge tradition with imagination. The same applies to our meat, selected and prepared with great care. Deeply rooted in the teachings of the past, we bring out the best in many innovative recipes that still remind us of home cooking.

Luca

Starters

  • Home made sliced salami with mixed cheese served with apples jam and giardiniera (mixed vegetables in vinegar)

  • Savoury pumpkin pie, Morlacco cheese fondue and crushed hazelnut

  • Our homegrown suckling pig, with eggplant, oregano and pickled chili pepper

  • Cooked salami with balsamic vinegar and polenta

  • Creamy pumpkin soup, Morlacco cheese, mushrooms and corn breadsticks

  • Our homemade steak tartare, crispy fennel with orange, pomegranate and pumpkin mayonnaise

First course

  • Tagliatelle with broccoli, sausage and crushed and roasted almond

  • Pumpkin gnocchi with butter, sage and smoked Ricotta cheese

  • Potato gnocchi with cherry tomato sauce, marinated eggplant, oil, lemon and roasted almond

  • Potato and leek soup, Casatella cheese, parsley infused oil and potato crisps

Second Course

  • Spiedo (mixed meat skewer: chicken, pork rib and pork meat) with polenta

    (available Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon).
  • Mixed grilled meats (Pork rib, pork sausage, chicken wing) with polenta

    (Available for dinner: Friday and Sunday - for lunch: Saturday)
  • Chicken stew with polenta.

Beer

  • PERALBA

    Pilsner-type beer, light bodied, featuring a nice herbaceous aftertaste and pleasantly bitter end taste. Fine persistent froth.
    Alcohol 5% vol – 0.5 litres
  • FONTANEBIANCHE

    Blanche-type beer, light and elegant with a slight aftertaste of coriander and citrus fruit. Delicate and thirst-quenching.
    Alcohol 5% vol – 0.5 litres
  • PRIULA

    Double malt pale ale, bright yellow colour with fine, persistent froth. Round, well-balanced body, this beer has a typical floral aroma with hints of honey. The end taste features a pleasant caramel flavour.
    Alcohol 7% vol – 0.5 litres
  • ISOLAROSSA

    Amber Ale type red beer, deep red colour with fine, persistent froth. Distinguished by hints of caramel and a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
    Alcohol 6.5% vol – 0.5 litres
  • ‘La Piave’ craft beer
